Creating A Monster

Shawnah asked me if I wanted to take Kynnedy Grace to get a pedicure with us. I was like sure I don't think she will do it, but we will see. She told me that they had this cute panda bear chair for her to sit in. I was under the asumption that it was just a chair for little girls to sit in not an acutal pedicure chair for little girls.
So when I showed up and saw the chair I was like this isn't going to be good at all! I let her pick her color out that she wanted and then sat her in the chair and I sat next to her in my chair. Was very suprised that she sat there.
I figured that they would just run some water and just paint her toes. Nope I was wrong again. They did a total pedicure on her and she just sat there and let them do it! I was so impressed that she sat there and let them do everything!
Then my girly girl wanted her fingers painted!

So we Shawnah has created a monster! I'll never be able to get a pedicure without having my little mini me with me, but I'm not complaining it was so nice to do something girly with her!

Kynnedy's 2nd Surgery

On September 8th Kynnedy got had her 2nd surgery. She got her ears cleaned and tubes checked out, adenoids and tonsils removed. We knew her tonsils were big (3+ size out of a 4), but became a problem with them still getting bigger and bigger and made it hard for her to breathe when she had allergy problems. We wanted to wait till she was closer to 3, but change of plans after a couple of weeks of having problems of eating and drinking became hard to do.

After 30 minutes of surgery and a long recovery time to get her settled down, we got up to our room for the night were she had a great night of sleep and was in a really good mood. We prepared ourselves for the worse and turned out to not be so bad!

Shawnah brought big brother up to see us and brought a baby doll that she loves and big brother and sister brought a ladybug pillow pet that she loves!

So far we have taken both gifts everywhere we go!

Pre-School Graduation

Our little guy Graduated Pre-School over the weekend, something he has been very excited about for months, weeks, days.....!
He has been asking several questions about him starting Kindergarten and is excited to be in the "School Agers" Class with some of his friends that have been in the class already!

Bear Bear

This was Kynnedy's first time doing Build A Bear, she acted like she had done it many of times before, which I found really interesting.
She always pl ayes with Kyler's Elmo (which I made when I was pregnant with him) around so was really excited to take her to get her very FIRST animal for her to make and love!



She picked her bear (which took forever!, she picked the sound with was a grrr (which totally suits her perfectly, kissed the heart and Kyler helped stuff it!


She cleaned him off, had such decisions on picking out clothes for her bear, and I registered him!

This is our final product! Her "Bear Bear" which she plays with all the time in her cottage, and was also able to get get "Bear Bear" another outfit to change him one day!

I got PhotoShop Elements a while back, haven't had much time to play around with it, but knew how to do some easy things with it.
Have been getting help from a friend, but am still learning things.
Thought I would share.

Curious George Live!

Kyler and I went to see Curious George Live! on October 10th. It was a good time, Kyler had never been to a play before and I wasn't sure if he would like it or not. It was loud, but he enjoyed it.

Spring Recital

Kyler, had his Spring Recital last week, he did really good doing all his songs, until he spotted the family watching him do his songs! The just stood there with his finger in his mouth turned around looking at the back of him!

Kynnedy enjoyed the songs, she danced pretty much the whole time!

Then of course, Kyler didn't want his picture taken anymore! While Kynnedy was to busy to eat her fingers or grab her tongue.

Happy mothers day to all of you mothers, step-mothers, friends and family!

Tuesday Night At The Game

Billy, Me, Kaitlyn & Kyler went to the Cardinal's game Tuesday night! We were a little cold, but it wasn't that bad!
Kyler did really good, he had 2 things of dip n dots and then cracked some peanuts for Kaitlyn and dad.
He really enjoyed the hat game, he even watched it so good he picked the right hat!
Of course I remembered all day to grab my camera and still walked out the door without it! Good thing I have a camera phone!

So Does She Look Like Mom?

Since Kyler looks like a mini me of Billy, it is only fair that Kynnedy looks like her mommy! See there is some proof that she looks like mom! Even though as a baby I did have alot more hair than her!
Of course it is really hard to find baby pictures of me, and this was the best I could do!

I Love This Boy!

He comes up to me and gives me a hug and kiss and just says "I Love You Mom".
